Introduction
Over the last months, discussions about Super Intelligence have accelerated dramatically. At the same time, leading researchers are openly speaking about Superhuman Intelligence. For example, David Silver, known for his work at DeepMind, has publicly discussed ambitions to build systems that exceed human capabilities across broad domains. Reports in outlets like The Next Web show how billions in investment are fueling this race.
This is not a slow academic evolution anymore. It is a rapid, global acceleration. Massive capital. Strategic competition. National interests. Corporate dominance.
So let us ask the essential question:
What exactly is Super Intelligence? What is Superhuman Intelligence? And what could possibly go wrong?
Let’s dive deeper.
1. AI Innovation — Quo Vadis!?
Artificial Intelligence is no longer limited to narrow task automation. We have moved from:
- Rule-based systems
- To Machine Learning
- To Deep Learning
- To Generative AI
- And now toward ambitions of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and beyond
Super Intelligence generally refers to an AI system that surpasses human intelligence in all domains — reasoning, creativity, strategy, emotional modeling, scientific discovery.
Learn more in my tutorial:
Superhuman Intelligence may refer to AI systems that exceed humans in specific domains — such as chess, protein folding, strategic games, medical diagnostics, or predictive modeling.
We already have superhuman performance in narrow areas. But the current race is about something broader.
The direction seems clear:
Faster models.
Larger models.
More autonomous models.
Less human intervention.
But the deeper question remains:
Quo Vadis? Where is this innovation leading us?
Innovation without orientation becomes acceleration without direction.
And acceleration without direction can become dangerous.
2. ETHICS and REGULATION
Here lies the tension.
The European Union has introduced the AI Act, aiming to regulate AI based on risk categories. This includes:
- Prohibited AI practices
- High-risk AI systems
- Transparency obligations
- Safety requirements
However, many leading AI companies are located outside the EU — particularly in the United States and China.
The problem is structural:
- Innovation moves exponentially.
- Regulation moves bureaucratically.
By the time a regulation is enforced, three new generations of models may already exist.
There is also another risk:
Ethics becomes a marketing label instead of a guiding principle.
When billions of dollars are invested, investors expect returns. And returns demand speed.
So we must ask:
Will ethics remain a foundation — or become an obstacle to be bypassed?
3. The Market Race — A PROFIT Race
The AI landscape is no longer only scientific.
It is geopolitical.
It is economic.
It is strategic.
Companies compete to dominate:
- Search
- Education
- Healthcare
- Finance
- Defense
- Personal assistance
- Data infrastructure
When we hear about billion-dollar seed rounds for AI ventures, we must understand:
This is not philanthropy.
This is positioning for global technological dominance.
The danger?
When market dominance becomes the primary goal, safety can become secondary.
History shows us that rapid industrial revolutions — without sufficient safeguards — create unintended consequences.
The question is not whether AI will shape the world.
The question is:
Who controls it — and according to which values?
4. Information Overflow — Consumers, Not Thinkers
Another danger is less visible, but equally powerful.
The speed of AI releases is overwhelming:
- New model.
- New update.
- New breakthrough.
- New promise.
The average citizen does not have time to reflect.
Society becomes reactive.
People consume AI tools without understanding:
- How they work
- What data they use
- What biases they contain
- What long-term effects they may create
We risk becoming:
Users instead of thinkers.
Consumers instead of citizens.
And when intelligence is outsourced too quickly, human cognitive muscles weaken. Superhuman AI in a society with declining critical thinking is a fragile combination.
5. #ReverseTHINKing — A MUST to Understand
Here my concept becomes essential.
#ReverseTHINKing is not anti-technology.
It is anti-automatism.
Instead of asking:
“What can AI do for me?”
We must ask:
“What happens if I stop thinking because AI does it for me?”
“What skills must remain human?”
“What ethical boundaries must never be automated?”
#ReverseTHINKing forces us to:
- Slow down
- Question the hype
- Challenge narratives
- Break mental habits
- Reclaim independent judgment
Before embracing Super Intelligence, we must strengthen Super Human Intelligence — meaning:
- Ethical intelligence
- Civic intelligence
- Emotional intelligence
- Critical intelligence
- Responsibility
Technology without moral development creates imbalance.

6. Conclusion — The Real Danger
The greatest danger is not that AI becomes super intelligent.
The greatest danger is:
Humans stop developing their own intelligence.
If we blindly follow innovation without critical reflection, we may enter a future where:
- Decisions are optimized but not wise
- Systems are efficient but not humane
- Progress is fast but not ethical
Super Intelligence may emerge.
But without Deep-Thinking, Critical-Thinking, and Proactive-Thinking, society may not be prepared to guide it.
So the real question becomes:
Can a society that weakens its ethical and critical foundations safely handle Super Intelligence?
Innovation is powerful.
But wisdom must evolve faster.
And that evolution begins with conscious, responsible, independent thinking.
That is not optional anymore.
It is essential.
🔄 The Digital Mirror: Social Media’s Role in Superintelligence Thinking
And DON’T forget:
#SocialMedia is the mirror of our behaviors in the #RealWorld!
Both are influencing each other — for better or worse!Social media reflects — and amplifies — our collective thinking. As we race toward AI Superintelligence, our online behavior shapes the terrain ahead…

🧠 A Final Call:
What if we reactivated the filter between our two ears — also known as the “brain” — to get those grey cells moving again? 😉
