Communication, The Letter “C” In “ICT”

chat iconWhen YOU have to deal with customers, parents and learners (students), THEN the “Communication” is a MUST! Remember the letter “C” in the word “ICT” (Information and Communications Technology) and when YOU want to do this on a professional way, YOU have to use a bi-directional (two way) Communication. Personally I hear too often the answer “I don’t know” from Educators and Teachers, which shouldn’t be! It is OK to say: I don’t know it for the moment and THEN doing some research and giving the asking person an answer asap! SO, as that is probably something which YOU might get asked again, the BEST way is to create a so calledFAQ” (Frequently Asked Questions).

And the BEST way is to do it together with the concerned persons, if they are customers, learners (students) or parents. Check also my blog post below, please:

What Is A FAQ And How Does It Look?

Well, there are different ways to create a FAQ’s list:

  • With a table in HTML
  • On a WiKi
  • Using an Online Service
  • Creating a database (for programmers ONLY)

Here below an example of a FAQ presented through a Wiki on Bravenet, click the image to access it online, please.

PracTICE: Example For Parents Partnership With The Teachers

BEST way to learn about the how to of creating a FAQ’s list is to have a look on an already existing one. SO, I created an example for a “Parents Partnership With Teachers FAQ” where the parents can find the most used questions about the parents meetings in schools. THEY ALSO can ask NEW questions in case if they don’t find the appropriate answers in the FAQ’s list. Here below a screenshot. Click the image below to access the FREE service and to get a look on it.
